Lincoln Savings Bank and LSB Financial are pleased to announce the following staff additions and promotions to our team.

Stephanie Patton has been promoted to Vice President / Mortgage Operations Supervisor. As the Mortgage Operations Supervisor, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing LSB’s secondary market loan processing, closing, and funding of all LSB’s mortgage loans. Stephanie has 12 years of experience. She is a graduate of Kirkwood and a member of Junior Achievement and Waterloo Community School PTO.

Ryan Freed joins Lincoln Savings Bank as Mortgage Funding Specialist. As the Mortgage Funding Specialist, he is responsible for assisting with coordination of mortgage loan origination, funding and closing process. Ryan is a 2009 graduate of Iowa State University.

Susan Larsen joins Lincoln Savings Bank’s mortgage department as Residential Loan Processor. As Residential Loan Processor, she is responsible for assisting the mortgage department in processing residential mortgage loans. Susan was previously employed at Community National Bank as a Mortgage Loan Processor. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has 20 years of financial services experience.
